St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship

The Federation of St Christopher and Nevis, also known as St. Kitts and Nevis boasts of the oldest Citizenship by Investment program in the world. Tamarind Cove Marina Development Citizenship by Investment

The Tamarind Cove Marina Development Limited is an approved Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Project by the Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis through which investors and purchasers may qualify for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship.

Anyone who purchases a fractional condominium, full condominium or a yacht slip for a minimum USD $400,000.00 qualifies to apply for citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Fractional Ownership


Some of the Condominiums and Private Residences will be sold as Fractional Ownership. The Private Residences will be sold along with fractional ownership of yacht slips.


Fractional ownership is very similar to the concept of Timeshare for the part time usage of the same unit. The important difference between both concepts is that the fractional owner actually receives a legally registered Certificate of Title that demonstrates ownership for a specific period of time of that unit outlined in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

There are three (3) types of fractional ownerships:

  1. A purchaser may purchase a Fractional of a Condominium or Private Residence, with   fractional of a yacht slip.
  2. A purchaser may purchase a full yacht slip (at a specific price). The owner of that yacht slip then automatically gets fractional ownership of a Condominium or Private Residence, with an allocated number of days usages per year for life.
  3. A purchaser may purchase full ownership of a Condominium Unit, along with fractional ownership in a yacht slip.


  • One twelfth (1/12) share of fifty (50) linear foot slip for the life of the Marina
